Bluecoat Wedding – Louise and Will

Yesterday I had the pleasure of photographing the gorgeous wedding of Louise and Will at The Bluecoat in Liverpool. They decided to have their wedding at The Bluecoat because they both met in Liverpool at university. Being from different parts of the UK and living in London a bluecoat wedding in Liverpool made perfect sense!

Getting Ready

Louise had such a chill morning getting ready with her bridesmaids and parents. They got ready in Catherine’s House which was lovely and full of natural light. Emma, my second photographer photographed Will and his groomsmen getting ready. It’s nice to have both preparations photographed before the ceremony – It all adds to the story! A second photographer also makes sure you get loads more candids and angles of the day!

Bluecoat Wedding Ceremony

The ceremony was held at the Bluecoat in Liverpool. The Bluecoat is such a perfect place for a wedding. There are so many places for photos and it has such a relaxed feel to it. There ceremony room is so lovely and has a cute little private courtyard at the bottom of it. This is perfect for confetti and family photos! We also did couple photos at the front of the Iconic building. There were some giant inflatables for an art exhibition that is currently at The Bluecoat and Louise and Will embraced these fully haha!

The Reception

Their reception was also held The Bluecoat. The upstairs room is filled with fairy lights and the atmosphere here is perfect for an evening do! The speeches were filled with laughter and the dancing was well underway by the time the first dance has ended!
