Meols Hall Wedding – Megan and Ben

The Venue

Megan and Ben got married on Friday after being together for 11 years! They had a beautiful Meols Hall Wedding. The Ceremony took place in their candle lit Tithe Barn. Which is situated on the grounds of Meols Hall as well as their historical Manor House. It is a gorgeous venue that is surrounded by impressive and idyllic grounds so it was perfect for couple photos! It was a stunning Septembers day. Megan and Ben lucked out with the weather so they were able to spend most of their day in the courtyard. The perfect setting for drinks and canapes. Meg and Ben said it was the perfect place for their wedding. It had the rustic and laid back feel that they wanted.

Getting Ready

Megan and Ben both got ready at the Bliss Hotel in Southport so they only had a short journey to their Meols Hall Wedding. Churchtown Wedding cars provided and drove a cute vintage VW camper to get the bridesmaids and Meg to Meols Hall. Bridal prep was so chilled out. Elizabeth Elsie Bridal Make Up was working hard on making everyone look stunning and on time. Rebecca Lauren Hair created the most gorgeous waves and messy buns! They all looked gorgeous. Especially Meg, of course, in her beautiful Natalie Ann Brides dress. I love a bit of lace!

Meg’s flowers from Foam Wedding Flowers By Joanne were stunning. I love an autumn wedding and her flowers matched the time of year and her colour theme perfectly. September is my favourite time of year for weddings! It’s not too hot or too cold. The sun sets at a perfect time so we get to take lovely golden hour photos. Finally, the autumn leaves and feel just look amazing!

The Tithe barn was styled and dressed by Sweet Pea and Ivy, who I know well and love working with! The venue looked amazing. The Pedal Tones provided the entertainment for the day and evening and sounded great. It was great to work with Claire from Everwood Films. We both have a natural and laid back style so we worked well together.
