Toni and Scott’s fun wedding at 30 James Street Hotel, Liverpool

I honestly did not stop smiling yesterday!! Such a lovely wedding for two of the most genuine people I have ever met. I felt like Toni had been my best mate for years!! Even helped her go the loo in her dress haha! Even in a global pandemic these two and their guests did not let it get them down. The day carried on as usual and everyone had a ball, including me!

30 James Street

They both got ready at 30 James Street, so I was able to whizz between the two of them for preparation photos. They had the ceremony and reception in 30 James Street. Which made for a nice day all in the one place! It is a stunning Grade II listed building which faces the iconic Liver Buildings in Liverpool. The hotel was the head quarters for the Titanic! The Star Grand Hall where their ceremony and reception was held was once used as a first class lounge and ticket office for the White Star Shipping company so Toni and Scott definitely got that first class experience yesterday!

Who was involved?

Toni had the lovely girls from Lady Muck Bride helping her look fabulous! Marisa from Beautiful Bride’s Liverpool came to the hotel to help Toni with her absolutely stunning dress, how lovely is that?! Her dress was gorgeous, who doesn’t love a relaxed boho dress?! Not to mention little Grace who also looked amazing, she is just the cutest and had me going ‘awww’ all day!

All of the guests had such a fun time, it was such an amazing wedding to photograph. When your guests are nice and relaxed you get even better photos! I had so many little chats with loads of people and got to know their loved ones so when it came to photos they didn’t mind at all haha! The evening do was fabulous, they had had a gin bar earlier so everyone was ready for a dance. They had Rag Tag Misfits getting everyone on the dance floor with musical instruments to join in and confetti canons!
